Expression issues – A problem in the kids nowadays.

We often see , communication issues in the youth of today. Apart from speech issues, they often deal with problems like inability to express their opinions since childhood. This can happen due to several reasons mainly because their views and opinions were supressed since a tender age. When children are in their formative years, as parents and teachers elders often teach them what to speak rather than teaching them how to speak. This problem is being carried on since the childhood, thus during their adulthood as well they are facing several issues.

However there are few steps where people can improve their speaking and also express their views. This includes merging oneself with a supportive peer group that can actually help you to learn new things and make you understand wherever you go wrong.  Apart from that one can start writing a diary entry everyday , that can help them to be disciplined , honest and most importantly jot down what are they looking forward too in life.

Moreover as a child , every one should be taught how to speak what ever is there in their minds. They should know to frame their sentences, and it would eventually turn beneficial for them.

A road constructed overnight – 30 arrested

30 people from Gurugram were detained by the police for allegedly delaying the construction of a master dividing road in Sector 78/79, threatening GMDA employees and officials with firearms, and compelling them to repair a section of damaged road over night in the village.

According to the police, Hoshiar Singh, a local resident who was among those detained, started the commotion by demanding that a road be built in front of his gas station. He disputed the police’s assertion, saying that everyone in the hamlet supported building the road because there had been over 20 accidents there in the previous several months. He levelled strong accusations against the government and claimed they disregarded their requests for the road to be rebuilt. The complainant said that the suspects attacked the team while brandishing weapons and sticks. “The work was being done by a private contractor, and the tender had already been awarded. However, the miscreants went to the location and carried them forcibly to another site that was not included in the offer and had a road built there, the man claimed.

A top GMDA officer claims that as soon as the issue came to their attention, they acted immediately and reported the locals to the police. “GMDA does not allow interference with official projects or mistreating employees while they are on the clock. The cops have started taking strict action,” he stated. According to police, a case was opened at the Kherki Daula police station on Tuesday under sections 149 (illegal assembly), 148 (riots), 353, 186 (obstructing the performance of public duties by a public servant), 323 (causing harm), 427 (causing damage), and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.

The significance of Mahalaya

While there are various myths and/or legends linked to the day, the general consensus is that on this day, Goddess Durga, who lives on Mount Kailash with her husband Lord Shiva, begins her official trek to her maternal home on Earth.

The holiday season is quickly approaching, and Goddess Durga has already started her descent after defeating  Mahishasura. And we have the fortunate day of “Mahalaya” to serve as a reminder of our victory. This yearly celebration not only has religious and spiritual significance, but it also serves as a reminder of the strength of honesty, bravery, and the universal reality that good will always prevail over evil.

What is Mahalaya and the reason for celebrating it?

First off, the day of Mahalaya heralds the start of the Devi Paksha and the close of the Pitri Paksha, a season of grief. Due to the fact that shradhh, or death rites, are done during Pitri Paksha, Hindus view this time as unlucky. During this 16-day lunar cycle, people remember and honour their ancestors by making food and drink offerings.

Mahalaya, however, is a joyful event. Despite the fact that there are numerous myths and/or legends connected to the day, the general consensus is that on this day, Goddess Durga, who lives on Mount Kailash with her husband Lord Shiva, begins her trek to her maternal home on Earth. Bengalis celebrate it ardently and occasionally make comments on the joyous autumn weather and the “pujo-pujo” atmosphere.

It is said that Goddess Durga travels this entire week in a chosen vehicle with her four children Ganesha, Kartik, Lakshmi, and Saraswati. It might be an elephant or a horse, a boat or a palanquin.

Approximately seven days before Durga Puja, Mahalaya is observed. Every Bengali home gets up early in the morning, sometimes even before the sun, to listen to Birendra Krishna Bhadra’s booming rendition of “Mahishasura Mardini,” a collection of songs and mantras. The most well-known of these chants, Jago Tumi Jago, which means “awaken, oh Goddess!”Several cultural activities and programs also take place during this day.On this day, certain Hindu households also carry out the pitritarpan rite, in which they make prayers to the deceased in the shape of “pind-daans” on the banks of the Ganges River.

Vande Bharat Express breaks record of Japan Bullet Train

In a moment of pride for India, the semi-high-speed train “Vande Bharat Express” has shattered the record of the bullet train by travelling 100 km/hr in just 52 seconds as opposed to the Japan-built bullet train’s 55 seconds. Minister for Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw stated at the Global FinTech Fest that “we have proved that a completely loaded water glass has not rattled at the speed of 180kmph, but it shook the world.” The minister also said that, now that Vande Bharat’s trial run is over, the serial construction of the remaining 72 trains will shortly begin.

Given that Vande Bharat trains use twice as much electricity as standard electric trains, the Indian Railways will need to make significant network improvements. Many nations that operate high-speed passenger trains, such as China, Japan, France, and South Africa, have put this system into place. On the Kota-Nagda railway segment, different speeds were used for the Vande Bharat speed trial. Many times during this period, the speed exceeded 180 kmph. As of March 2022, the Indian Railways will only operate the Vande Bharat Express on two significant routes: one from New Delhi to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra and the other from New Delhi to Varanasi. The Vande Bharat Express is a semi-high-speed, intercity, EMU train.

The new Vande Bharat trains will have WI-FI, 32-inch LCD TVs, energy-efficient ACs with dust-free pure air cooling, and side recliner seat facilities for all classes, which were previously only available to elite class passengers, according to a news statement from the Railways ministry. A photocatalytic ultraviolet air purification system to filter and clean the air free of germs, bacteria, viruses, etc., fresh air and return air are also included in the improved features. CCTV cameras, three-hour battery backup, GPS systems, automatic fire sensors, and these are just a few.

Rafael Nadal gets emotional post the last match of Roger Federer

It was only one player who could join Roger Federer on the court when he announced his modest Laver Cup schedule, but it was a classic, timeless “Fedal” moment. As anticipated, Roger wanted to compete in his final encounter with his fierce adversary Rafael Nadal. Between 2004 and 2019, Federer and Nadal faced off 40 times, competing all over the world and pushing one another to be more productive. Because of their mutual regard for one another, Rafa was more than delighted to accompany Roger for his final tennis chapter.

Following the game, Federer gave Nadal and his teammates hugs before crying. At that point, Nadal was also seen by the camera to be in tears.

“It’s been fantastic. Additionally, thank you for the opportunity to play alongside Rafa, be a part of the same squad, and be surrounded by luminaries like Rocket [Rod Laver] and Stefan Edberg. Really, sharing the court with Rafa and the others is great. I didn’t want the outdoors to seem lonely. When they asked me to come out again, it briefly seemed lonely, which wasn’t pleasant. Federer gave an emotional farewell statement on Saturday. “But to say goodbye in a team, I always felt I was a team player at heart,” Federer added.

“Singles doesn’t really do it a lot, but I’ve travelled the world with a team. With them, it has been fantastic. Thank you to everyone who contributed to its success throughout the years. It goes without saying that you guys are incredible to be on a team with Andy [Murray], Thomas [Enqvist], Novak [Djokovic], Matteo [Berrettini], Cam [Norrie], Stefanos [Tsitsipas], Rafa, and Casper [Ruud]—as well as the other team.

On November 4, Samantha’s forthcoming mythological drama “Shaakuntalam” will be released in theatres. Survey reveals shocking details of Indian Pilots

About 66% of the 542 Indian pilots who participated in a recent poll on fatigue-related “daytime sleepiness” acknowledged to falling asleep in the cockpit without waking up the rest of the crew or having microsleep episodes while at work. An NGO called Safety Matters Foundation conducted a poll to determine how much pilots in India were experiencing daytime sleepiness due to exhaustion. The poll included all pilots from regional, international, and domestic operations.

They utilised the Epworth Sleepiness Scale to determine their level of exhaustion (a set of eight questions to gauge sleepiness that is later used to identify the range of sleepiness).
And the results revealed: – 41% reported experiencing mild afternoon sleepiness.

– 54% of them have severe, uncontrollable daytime drowsiness.

Consequently, 66% of pilots claimed to have slept off accidentally or experienced microsleep in the cockpit. The survey confirmed that pilots are struggling to handle the stress associated with their employment. Fatigue is one of the primary causes ascribed to airline accidents. Timings have increased for the majority of pilots as a result of businesses seeking to work with inadequate workforces. The study indicates that pilots are no longer required to fly 30 hours per week and can now fly back-to-back flights once each week. Because of this, the workforce is under additional stress, which makes them feel more exhausted.

The primary source of weariness, according to the pilots, was repeated morning departures (74%). The study questioned the pilots what time they would wake up if they were to report for a 6 am flight departure, according to the NGO’s founder, Capt. Amit Singh. The majority of the crew said they would awake between 3 and 3:30 in the morning. This suggests that their biological clock is disturbed during the most crucial sleep period.

Circadian misalignment can leave you feeling exhausted and have negative effects on your health. Flying duty at this time period not only reduces the quality of sleep, but it also impairs cognition and compromises flight safety.
