The Odisha Government extended the lockdown till June due to the steady surge in the Covid-19 cases, now the Cuttack Municipal Corporation has announced that the Covid vaccination and testing on wheels for the welfare of residents of Cuttack.
According to the official Twitter handle of the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC), they stated that for the welfare of the resident of Cuttack they have rollout the Covid-19 vaccination and testing on wheels.
The elderly residents are facing difficulties going out for the testing and vaccination centres so the CMC authorities have launched the special drive to reach out with the help of the doorstep services.

Mobile vans will visit houses where health workers will collect samples and also administer vaccines to people above 70 years of age and also differently-abled residents. The services will be available from 10 AM to 3 PM on Monday to Friday.
Elderly people aged 70+ and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) can avail worry-free vaccination & testing facilities from tomorrow onwards.

Likewise, the Municipal Corporations of Bhubaneswar, Berhampur and Rourkela have also launched door-to-door vaccination drive to vaccinate the elderly and divyangs.
