Q1- Please tell us about your food blogging and home chef journey?

Answer – I believe that my birth timing has a major impact behind this, as my birth time aligns with the Lord Jagannath’s Abhada Bhoga Niti. I feel that Maa Mahalaxmi and Maa Annapurna has gifted me the skill by birth which I manifested through my mother to me as from my early childhood I felt a different connection with earthen stoves, as soon as my mother finishes cooking I used to start playing with the earthen stove act as if I’m cooking. From childhood only I use to look and observe my mother while cooking, like how she is cooking and what procedures she is following, and this evoked a interest in me to start cooking. In the year 2012 I started with little things by cooking Manda Pitha, and from there I never looked backwards in the journey of cooking.

Q2- Share us some of your best memories of food blogging and cooking?

Answer – Looking back to the best memories of food blogging and cooking are many but few are very dear to me. In the year 2020, I first achieved a milestone in the journey of food blogging and cooking by winning All Odisha Cooking Competition and later in two consecutive year I.e. 2021 and 2022, I again set a benchmark by winning National Level Cooking Competition.
