The thriller, the drama everything happened in the RCB VS MI Super Over match last night. That’s the craze of IPL where you find the best of the best and unbelievable stuff. However, King Kohli’s RCB beat MI in the super over and reach the top of the table.
While Virat Kohli struggled to find his run, AB de Villiers capped RCB’s big-hitting. However the top performance from RCB opening duo they set a mammoth 201 runs on the scoreboard.
RCB opener young Devdutt Padikkal (54- 42b, 5×4, 2×6) struck his second fifty in an IPL career, and fabulous Finch (52-35b, 7×4, 1×6) showed maturity which leads RCB a good start.
As King Kholi struggle and sent back to the dugout, then MR 360 showed his master class batting performance. De Villiers (55- 24b, 4×4, 4×6) accelerate the RCB run and set a mammoth score on board. MI bowlers could not survive in front of MR 360 ABD as he destroyed the MI bowling line up. However, chasing that big score, MI lead Rohit Sharma fails, but the young Ishan Kishen (99-58b, 2×4, 9×6) showed his talent with experienced Kieron Pollard (60-24b).
Despite an early wobble, MI reached 201/5 with Pollard’s last-ball four and the match ended in a tie. Then the super-over came to decide the winner.
In the nail-biting Super Over, MI restricted to 7/1 by Navdeep Saini. The young fast bowler of RCB showed his class and got the wicket of Kieron Pollard as well.
Rohit and Hardik failed to hit the boundary in the super over, and it is surprising that why Ishan Kishen did not come to bat as he is in good form. However, the young Ishan Kishen deserves a century as he missed by just one run.
RCB beat MI on the last ball of the Super Over with Virat Kohli hitting Jasprit Bumrah for a four. Mr 360 AB De Villiers was the boss, and year after year there is no sign of his powers waning.
