The IPL encounter between two royals crashed Dubai international cricket stadium. Superhuman AB de Villiers again showed his talent with the bat and lifted Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) to a seven-wicket victory over a stunned Rajasthan Royals (RR).

While batting first, Rajasthan Royals could managed post 177/6 on the board. However, RR captain Smith scored a crafty 57 off 37 balls and gave an exhibition of how to counter Chahal’s guile.

From the RCB bowling department, Yuzvendra Chahal leads the attack, and South African Chris Morris (4-0-23-4) bowled an outstanding last over to take out Smith and concede only four runs. However, RCB bowlers managed to restrict RR in 177 runs.

While chasing 178, RCB openers failed to impress as they do earlier. A. Finch departs early, and emerging batsman D. Padikkal only scored 35 in 37 balls.

Mr. 360 was on strike and smashed the first three balls of the 19th over for sixes, and debutant Gurkeerat Singh chipped in with a four to reduced it to 10 needed off the 20th.

Then AB de Villiers sealed the deal with a six off the third last ball of 20th over of J. Archer and completed a 22-ball half-century.

At the post-match presentation, AB de Villiers said, “When Unadkat was bowling (the 19th over), I was looking leg side but to be honest I was nervous because I knew I had to hit it well. Luckily I got a few away.”

However, the sensational knock from superman AB de Villiers RCB won the match seven wickets with two balls spare.
