IPL 2020: “We will have more fun next week than we have had in last couple of months,” said Virat Kohli to his RCB teammates

We will have more fun next week than we have had in last couple of months,

Although the run machine Virat Kohli leading side Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) started the tournament on a high still, they had to suffer four straight defeats on their way to the playoffs. Those four consecutive defeats have led to RCB fans wondering whether RCB has it in the tank to win their maiden title.

The upcoming match for RCB is not going to be easy. They will have to face the eliminator match against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the IPL 2020, who enters the playoffs arena by defeating the table topper MI.

In a video uploaded on RCB’s official Youtube channel, it has been seen that the RCB team held a team meeting in which every member of the team had a chance to hear from the leaders in the team.

Where captain Virat Kohli spoke to his teammates and told them to get into the same mindset, he guarantees that his team would have more fun in the next week as compared to the past two months.

“I want all of us to be in the same mindset. I promise you all that we will have more fun in this next week than we had in the last two-and-a-half months. It would be unbelievable if we can get into the right mindset, and I believe we have reached there,” said Virat Kohli in his team discussion.

RCB had finished the group stage matches in the fourth position with 14 points and qualified for playoffs. Although RCB had lost its final group stage clash against Delhi Capitals, it still managed to make it to the playoffs arena based on the net run rate.
