The Hospital was under the eyes of SHRC as to why Rhea Chakraborty was given entry into the hospital where Sushant Singh Rajput’s body was kept.
The SHRC has ordered the police and the civic authorities to submit a written explanation as to why Rhea Chakraborty was allowed inside the premises when the late actor’s family had declined her entry into the morgue. According to Times Now, Rhea was accessed an entry of 45 min into the mortuary .
The notice was sent to Mumbai police and the Brihan Mumbai municipal corporation after the videos of Rhea visiting Sushant’s body and saying ‘sorry babu’ went viral in social media and news platform. The SHRC had received several complaints against this and hence , had initiated a suo motto action.
Meanwhile, Rhea and her brother Showik have applied for bail on basis of urgent hearing on the high court today. The Narcotics control Bureau has summoned Shruti Modi and Jaya Saha, former business managers to appear before the court.
