Rhea Chakraborty who is being probed for the death of the actor Sushant Singh Rajput has now filed a charge to probe Sushant’s sister Priyanka Singh and the doctor in an Delhi based government hospital who had prescribed him with anxiety medicines.
She took an action to file an FIR against the duo for cheating under IPC, provisions of NDPS act and telemedicine practice guidelines.
Rhea was in the Bandra Police Station for about 2 hours to record her statement based on an written application. On her written application, Rhea has mentioned that Sushant was given medication that falls under the act of NDPS without proper prescription. Drugs were antipsychotic.
Rhea claims to have advised Sushant not take any medicines without a proper prescription wherein Sushant said that he trusted his sister who handed him with a prescription from a doctor in the Delhi based government hospital. The prescription showed a patient’s OPD report whereas Sushant was in Mumbai the whole time. The prescription is probably means to be a forged one.
Meanwhile, the Narcotics control Bureau has summoned Rhea for an intense questioning round finding the drug angle in the case for the third time today.
