Rupsa Nayak of Bhubaneswar has won the Mrs. India 2022 pageant held in Mumbai. The two-month-long competition, organized by Glamour World, was joined by around 200 competitors. However, only half of them made it to the second round.
According to the reports, only 50 had qualified for the semifinals where they had to go through an introduction and talent test. Lastly, only 10 of them had been groomed for the finale that was held on April 24. Rupsa made it to the top five and thereafter, won the crown.
Rupsa is a former Computer Science student at Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) in Odisha’s capital. During her time there, she had been a part of the glamour world. She even made it to the top ten of the 2009 Femina Miss India contest.
Rupsa is a native of Balasore, and is currently married to a banker, presently based in Mumbai. She is also a mother to a one-year-old. Reportedly, her husband has some Bollywood connections.
