After Receiving the feedback from people During the last visit to Dhamnagar in 2023,This Initiative has been take to action.
At the time of floods situations in the Bhandaripokhari, Dhamnagar and chandbali, This Embankment Strengthening Project Can Reduce the effect of flood.the pucca Road from Biridi to Tintar Ghat over the river Embankment will reduce the travel time by 2 hrs. only.
Between Biridi to Tintar Ghat,it will proved faster services to access to jajpur medical college and to NH 16 also.
Akhupada and Kochila Instream storage structures over river Baitarni at total worth of more than 680 crs, This place was also reviewed by V.K Pandian.
Both project work would provide irrigation facilities to an ayacut area of 81,200 acres.
Water facilities will be provided in the Rabi Season for the cultivation process, so it will helpful for the development in the fishery Sectors.
During his Bhadark visit to last June, The above projects have been sanctioned on People’s Demand.
