Secy (5T) Reviews Ongoing Mega Pipe Water Projects In Deogarh Dist

Secretary to the CM (5T) V K Pandian resumed his journey to the Deogarh district on the chief minister’s instructions. Pandian examined the development of the district-wide, Rs 609 crore Mega Pipe Water Supply Projects in the Barkote, Reamal, and Tileibani blocks. By June 2024, the Barkote and Reamal Mega PWS projects will be operational. By June 2025, the Tileibani Mega PWS project, which will also provide water to Deogarh town, would be operational. The Secretary (5T) gave the staff instructions to follow the deadline and uphold quality.

In order to develop the temple holistically and provide better facilities for the devotees, Pandian visited the Jhadeswar Temple, performed prayers, and engaged with Sebayats, Trustee members, and members of the general public. He also solicited suggestions on many elements of the temple’s transformation and growth. He gave the district administration the task of creating the temple’s master development plan.

Later, he went to the Mission Shakti Cafe in Tileibani and spoke with the staff there about how the cafe operated and other sources of income. Then, he went to the Kansar Ashram School, which had undergone a 5T project, and spoke with the contemporary pupils and instructors. Pandian urged the students in his speech to set high standards for themselves and work hard to attain them.

Then, after hearing the complaints of the local populace in Kansar, he instructed the district administration to address the complaints as soon as possible. Additionally, he talked to the young hockey players in the Deogarh district. When he discovered that the region has produced international athletes like Roshan Minz, who was also there at the meeting, he showed his delight.
