In an initiative to teach children free of cost Gurudevji foundation of Dhenkanal launched “Gurudevji Pathshala.” The initiative kick-started from Shaluani Sahi under the Govindpur panchayat of Dhenkanal. The children from there were provided with English learning book, notebook, pen and biscuits afterwhich Madhusmita Priyadarshini, a teacher and member of the foundation taught simple English to the children present there.
Soumyabrata Sahoo, founder and Chairman of Gurudevji Foundation said, ” In coming days we are all set to establish a pathshala in every slum area of Dhenkanal town.” Retired Head Master Sarangdhar Mishra joined the event as the chief Guest.
