English Kit distribution program was held by Dhenkanal Concious citizen forum Sadar block branch in Saria village of Talbarkote Gram Panchayat. The program was conducted under the Presidentship of Baikuntha Rout, where village head Sanjay Parida, forum’s Sadar block Secretary Mituna Behera, Talbarkote president Chintamani Mohanty, teacher Ankita Behera, Sailabala Rout were present and co-ordinate in the event. 
Bharat Kumar Das, district secretary of Dhenkanal Conscious Citizen forum joined the event as chief guest and described the different service activities performed by the forum and informed that forum has taken over the English kit distribution by celebrating the current year as Education year. For conducting Service works in other Panchayats if the youth are interested, then in that Panchayats also arrangements for Kit distribution will be done. Also other officials and members of the forum were present during the program.
