Bank of India Partners With XIM University For 5-Day Training On Agri-Innovations & Startups

In order to give its officials a better grasp of managing and funding agri-innovation, startups, and high-tech growth projects, the Bank of India has teamed with XIM University. An official press release states that the first five-day training course, Banking on Agri-Innovation: Financing the Future, started today at XIM University in Bhubaneswar in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Twenty-five top officers from the Bank of India, representing different parts of the nation, have been drawn to this carefully planned training event. The program was launched by Bank of India General Manager Vikash Krishna, who emphasized how the bank’s goals match with the government’s aim of doubling farmers’ earnings through the promotion of innovative, high-tech agriculture.

“This collaboration with XIM University reflects our commitment to equipping our officers with the knowledge and skills necessary to support innovative and high-growth agricultural ventures and inclusive finance. Praising XIM, he added, “The meticulously crafted content and expert coordination by XIM demonstrate the university’s excellence in the field.”

S. Antony Raj, the registrar of XIM University, greeted the attendees and conveyed appreciation for the Bank of India’s confidence. “We anticipate that innovations will cause market disruption every five years, and we must be ready for it.” He was sure that everyone’s expectations would be met by this particularly created instruction. He remarked, “We hope your visit will be both educational and unforgettable.”

“This carefully crafted program resonates with the central leadership’s vision and addresses the specific needs of the bank’s officers,” said Prof. Niraj Kumar, the program coordinator, who emphasized the training’s goals. By combining behavioral skills with technical knowledge, we hope to enable participants to use what they have learned right away.

The program features sessions led by distinguished experts from academia and industry. In addition to interactive technical sessions, participants will also explore Odisha’s vibrant cultural heritage, enriching their overall experience.
