The ₹10,000 application fee for the Bhubaneswar Development Authority’s (BDA) Ekamra Residency housing project in Subudhipur will be adjusted or refunded in relation to the flat’s cost. The decision was made at the 153rd Authority Meeting, which was presided over by Dr. Krushna Chandra Mahapatra, the BDA Chairman and Minister of Housing and Urban Development. MLA Ekamra Babu Singh, Jatni Municipality Chairman Ananta Behera, Housing and Urban Development Additional Chief Secretary Usha Padhee, BDA Vice-Chairman Chanchal Rana, and other high-ranking officials were present at the meeting.
