In 2015, he established the SAI SAMARTH SCIENCE RESIDENTIAL HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL (+2 Science) in Bhubaneswar, followed by the HM School of Business Management in Khordha in 2019, offering MBA programs. These institutions further strengthened his vision of providing high-quality education across diverse fields.

In 2023, Nayak expanded into medical education with the launch of DN Medical College and Research in Bhubaneswar, offering courses in D.Pharma, GNM, and paramedical studies.
