The Bhitarkanika National Park in Kendrapara district reopened for visitors after being closed for 10 days to carry out crocodile census.
In the meantime, as many as 16 teams of the Forest Department are carrying out bird census in five ranges of Rajnagar Forest Division in Bhitarkanina. The bird census commenced from 6 am in the morning and is scheduled to continue till 12 noon.
