Brahmastra is going to be one of the costliest movie ever made in the history of Bollywood, if not the costliest. It starts Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles. The superhero flick taking references from Hindu mythology is a trilogy, which means it will release in 3 parts, the first of which will release on September 9, 2022. The first flick also has Shah Rukh Khan in a small cameo. Moreover, there are also rumours that he might be the parallel lead in second and the third installments.

Talking about the plot of the superhero film, Brahmastra is a story that revolves around Ranbir’s character Shiva who has superpowers, with which he can travel 3000 years back in time, to learn about weapons like Brahmastra and to finish his task in the present time.
