COVID-19 In Odisha reported 4,198 new with the single-day exposure with the cumulative case to 1 55,005. The death toll has now reached 637, with 11 more patients succumbed to death due to Coronavirus within the last 24 hours.
Of the new cases reported from across 30 districts, 2,476 were detected from various quarantine centres, while 1,722 are local contact cases.
According to the State Health and Family Welfare Department, the active cases are around 36,673 and so far 1,18,642 have recovered. Cuttack has reported four deaths, Bolangir and Khordha has reported two deaths each and one death each in Kandhamal, Mayurbhanj and Nayagarh districts respectively.

According I & PR department, Khordha reported the maximum number of 758 cases followed by Cuttack -367, Puri -310, Bolangir -197, Sundargarh -196 and Jajpur -156.
