A few essential guidelines for two-wheeler riders in Bhubaneswar was circulated . DCP Traffic (Bubaneswar-Cuttack) recently tweeted a list of mandatory guidelines that all two-wheeler riders need to follow to avoid being penalised.
The tweet emphasises that all two-wheeler riders need to carry with them a number of documents, including a driving license, registration certificate of the vehicle, two-wheeler insurance policy, fitness certificate of vehicle and Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC) while riding a bike.
The tweet has, however, left several confused and they have expressed concerns by replying to DCP Traffic’s tweet.
