Dhenkanal: Dhenkanal is a city which is surrounded by hills and full of lush and greenery, often famous in state for its enthralling beauty and picnic spots. To enhance its beauty the District Administration has undertaken an initiative and has set-up an “I LOVE DHENKANAL” Selfie point. The Administration have installed the selfie point near the stadium adjacent to the Mahatma Gandhi road connecting to Ganesh bazaar chowk of the city.
This selfie point installation has added another feather in the cap of enhancing the beauty of the city. Also several attractive and illuminating lights has been installed to make it more attractive and scintillating during the night.
Dattatreya Panda, a native said, ” This selfie point will enhance the beauty of the town as well it will attract the tourists visiting the town.”
Installing an “I LOVE DHENKANAL” selfie point in the town was a long standing demand of the natives and several tweets and request have been made for the same before the Administration for installing such selfie point.
Currently the work of the selfie point has almost finished and its expected to be open for the public soon.
