After retirement, I will actively participate in developing the scientific temper to be ignited in young Odias through poems.”

Dr. Pani said, “The education in Odisha is outstanding. On the basis of that education, the self-made people who have made their position are there. People have language issues. But they have intelligence. The people should be linked with their roots. The tree without roots will dry and only use for fire. So connect with root. The research atmosphere needs to be revamped in Odisha. Then innovation will help to grow.”

Dr. Sahoo said, “We individually excelled, contributing a lot. Need to support the people of Odisha who are coming outside or in Odisha. This will help to grow the polymerase chain. POVS President Surya Narayan Mishra said, “The POVS is connecting Odias throughout the Globe. It takes time, we play the role of catalyst but individuals have to perform. The network and suggestions built by us will give effect to the matter while all come along for the cause of the state. We have to keep our identity intact by using our language, culture, tradition. The Odisha is an idea for all of us where ever we stay. The idea is Prabhu Jagannath, Spirituality, serene beauty, food, cuisine, etc. All shall cherish it.”
