At least 38 police officers received Police Service Medals from Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati on Sunday at the Lok Seva Bhawan in Bhubaneswar in appreciation of their outstanding work from 2019 to 2024. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, DGP-Odisha YB Khurania, and a number of other high-ranking officials were present at the ceremony.
For their outstanding work in 2024, 18 police officers received the Governor’s Medal, including Southern IG Dr. Sarthak Sadangi, OSAP 6th Battalion Commandant Suryanarayan Mallick, Vigilance Additional SP Sushant Kumar Biswal, Ganjam Additional SP Rajiv Lochan Panda, and Crime Branch Inspector Shradhanjali Panda.
