The child is trying to fulfill an impossible dream of clearing the UPSC Civil Services Exam, the hardest exam in the world, in spite of all the obstacles in his way. His ultimate goals are to change the nation for the better and become an honorable police officer. The film’s theme sends a powerful message to the younger generation about maintaining optimism and determination in the face of adversity in order to fulfill one’s life’s purpose.
