Patna: One of the most reputed bank IDFC with a trust of million houses in India is diverting from its path. A recent case from Bihar is coming forward in which a female customer care calls a client regarding first bounced EMI of Rs 6100.
The customer claimed that she gave a statement to the bank that “ this is my first bounce and I’ll pay the fine and emi both once my salary is cleared in the next month”. Even after the statement, four of the family members were reviving calls from the bank on a daily’s basis.
Today, a female agent from IDFC bank calls the customer and started abusing and threatening that “Agar aukat nahi hai to leti kyu hai loan, bhikhari kahi ki, tera number bantwa dungi”.
Komal, the customer who took loan is a graduate and works in an organisation along with her studies said” I have assured IDFC that my salary has not been credited since last month and this is my first EMI which is bounced, I’ll pay all the fines and due within a month. Even after saying this, IDFC Bank used to call daily on my number, my fathers number, my mothers number and on my brothers number. And today when I was in college I received a call in which the agent was directly saying “ agar aukat nahi hai to leti kyu hai loan, kyu aake bheekh maangte rehte ho rote rehte ho fridge dila do, tb dila do, AC dila do! When I connected my call to my brother she said tu iska yaar hai to tu hi bhar se Shopping mat kara room mat le ja”.
She started calling from different numbers after I blocked her and said “how many numbers you will block I’ll distribute your number all over.
