Senior IPS officer Saumendra Kumar Priyadarshi, who assumed cost as the commissioner of police of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack towns laid tension on seen policing.
As per the report, IPS Officer Saumendra stated that the police must make improvements to the visibility, and the only obvious policing on streets can enable prevent crimes and do the job as deterrence in opposition to criminals. He further stated that citizens would feel safe if the location police vans on streets regularly as well as for the odd hours.
Priyadarshi in his shut-doorway deal with inspectors-in-charge (IICs) of police stations and zonal assistant commissioners of law enforcement (ACPs) of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack twin cities informed that it is very important to lay tension on seen policing.
