Interview Times The entire nation is grieving KK’s death. The legendary singer passed away on May 31 at the age of 53. He suffered a heart attack after a live concert in Kolkata and was declared ‘brought dead’ by the doctors when he was taken to the hospital. KK’s mortal remains were brought to Mumbai from Kolkata on June 1.
On the afternoon of June 2, KK was cremated in Versova. Family members and many celebs from the Bollywood industry were seen attending KK’s funeral. Celebs like Salim Merchant, Javed Akhtar, Shreya Ghoshal and others were seen arriving at KK’s house to pay their last respects.
A few pictures from KK’s funeral have surfaced online where his family can be allegedly seen ‘smiling’. The pictures have been clicked from a distance by the paparazzi. As soon as they were shared online, fans concluded that KK’s wife and son were smiling while interacting with the attendees of the funeral.
