A bidders’ meeting was held at the Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) headquarters, providing an opportunity for external stakeholders – materials and service providers – to discuss system improvements in various procedures for mutual benefit. Mr OP Singh, CMD, MCL, presided over the meeting, which was attended by Mr Keshav Rao, Director (Personnel), and Mr AK Behura, Director (Finance). Mr M M Sarewar, General Manager (Vigilance), welcomed the guests and delegates and provided an overview of the activities planned for Vigilance Awareness Week (VAW)-2022.
A CMD MCL also had all of the participants take the Pledge of Integrity. There were lively discussions on a variety of business operations topics. The bidders made suggestions and were also clarified on various issues by the experts.
