Pune Police have started a probe concerning the purported gangrape of a 15-year-old Single Minor young lady. Two of the four denounced, including a rickshaw driver, have been apprehended and search activity is in progress to apprehend the leftover two.
The issue was first brought to the consideration of Hadapsar police headquarters in Maharashtra’s Pune city. In a FIR, the minor’s kin said that she ventured out from home on October 26 after a warmed contention with her mom.
She was strolling close to Hadapsar when an autorickshaw driver got her and took her to an isolated spot in Ramtekdi region where she was purportedly assaulted. The youngster was then gotten by another man from the transport terminal in Hadapsar.
In their complaint to the police, the youngster’s kin said the subsequent took her to Bhekrai territory where he assaulted her. The young lady remained with the second accused in Bhekrai and was made to sit on a state transport to Bopgaon in Saswad region of Purandar tehsil on October 27.
Upon her appearance, the 15-year-old young lady was gangraped by two men, residents of Bopgaon and Vadaki towns.
The Hadaspar police in Pune have enrolled a case under Sections 376 and 359 (gangrape) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) alongside applicable areas of the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses) Act based on the FIR. Investigating official Ramesh Sathe from the Hadapsar police headquarters revealed to India Today that the two denounced from Bopgaon and Vadaki are of 34 and work in private companies, including a wedding pandal organization.
The police are currently attempting to determine whether the four accused knew one another or had any type of correspondence between themselves on the times of the wrongdoing.
Official Sathe affirmed that the minor young lady has been sent for medical assessment. The girl of every day wage workers, the young lady had been living in Pune throughout the previous three years. Her family initially hails from Maharashtra’s Beed locale.
