For consecutive two days, Odisha has clocked less than 10000 daily positive cases. In fact, on Saturday the number of positive cases were less than 9000. In the last 24 hours, as per the reports of the I and PR department, Odisha recorded 8845 new positive cases. Out of the total positive cases, 972 were from the 0-18 age group.
Khorda again topped the list with 2528 new cases followed by 001 cases from Sundergarh district, Cuttack (628), Mayurbhanj (152) and Nayagarh reported 194 new Covid-19 cases.
However, there has also been 7 deaths reported in the last 24 hours due to COVID 19 in the state.
