Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi met Monday in New Delhi to talk about the state’s railway infrastructure development.
The Chief Minister underlined during the meeting how crucial it is to improve Odisha’s rail system in order to increase connectivity and spur economic growth.
According to those familiar with the situation, the talks centered on current and planned initiatives meant to enhance train infrastructure, provide improved passenger services, and fortify the state’s transportation infrastructure.
