The State government has taken a firm stand against LPG cylinder delivery delays and instructed distributors and dealers to guarantee prompt refills within 48 hours of the original booking. Krushna Chandra Patra, the Minister of Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare, gave the alert to fuel, diesel, and LPG traders in Bhubaneswar during a meeting. The Minister stressed that customers shouldn’t have to wait around for a long period.
The government’s action is in response to mounting customer concerns about the difficulty caused by cooking gas cylinder supply delays. The Minister emphasized that dealers will be held strictly accountable if they do not prioritize providing timely service. This instruction is a big step in the right direction toward making sure that customers get necessary services quickly and effectively. Families that use LPG cylinders for cooking should benefit from the government’s proactive attitude.
