The construction of a new Bhavya Sunya Mandapa in Joranada in the Dhenkanal District and the undertaking of development works at Mahima Gadi are important decisions made by the Odisha government. It is anticipated that the action would satisfy the long-standing local need and increase tourism in the region, resulting in general economic growth.
The Cabinet has approved the final negotiated offer of the lowest turnkey bidder, M/s Iron Triangle Limited, for the project, which is expected to cost Rs. 240.01 crore, which comes to Rs. 171.11 crore. The project is expected to be finished in 36 calendar months. It is expected that this development would significantly increase tourism in the area and have a good effect on the local economy.
