On Monday, January 22, at 2:30 PM, all government offices in Odisha, including Revenue and Magisterial Courts (Executive), will be closed due to the celebration of Ram Lalla Pran Pratistha in Ayodhya. In this regard, the Odisha government’s Revenue & Disaster Management Department released a notification.
A similar order was issued earlier in the day by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions of the Government of India. It stated that on January 22, 2024, in honor of Ram Lalla’s Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya, Central Government Offices, Central Institutions, and Central Industrial Establishments would close for half a day, until 2:30 p.m.
