The Konark Temple’s environs will be improved by the Odisha government.
To provide visitors with a better experience, the Konark Heritage Area Development Plan (KHADP) will be implemented as part of the Integrated Development of Heritage & Monuments and Tourist Destination Scheme.
The lowest turnkey offer of M/s BP Construction for the completion of the job, amounting to Rs 209,73,70,000, was accepted by the State Cabinet during its meeting today.
The project is expected to be finished in 18 calendar months.
