While daily new COVID cases saw a sharp decline yesterday, today there has been a good rise in the number of daily active cases in Odisha. While yesterday only 146 new cases were reported, as per the reports, Odisha has reported 183 new COVID cases today.
According to the I & PR department, 108 of the new infections are from quarantine and 75 local contacts. Among them, 30 are in the age group of 0-18 years. Khurda reported the highest of 99 new cases followed by Cuttack at 13. Thirteen districts reported nil cases.
