The winters have set in at full swing at Odisha. Several places of Odisha are experiencing the cold wave with chilly nights and morning. There are several places of Odisha where night temperatures have gone in single digits and even the twin cities of Cuttack and Bhubaneshwar are experiencing extreme cold weather.
On Thursday night, 6.5 degree Celsius were recorded at Daringbadi as per the reports of Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre on Friday.
Phulbani shivered at 7.5 degree Celsius followed by Koraput (9), Titilagarh (9.3), Jharsuguda and Keonjhar at 9.6, Sundargarh and Bhawanipatna at 10, and Chandbali at 10.8 degrees Celsius. The twin cities of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar recorded 12 and 12.2 degree Celsius respectively.
