Today, Sudhansu Mohan Samal, the Managing Director of Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC), spoke with Sectional Heads and Functional Directors, assessed the progress of several sections, and addressed lingering difficulties. In order to guarantee smooth organizational operations, he also discussed important issues.
Section heads gave succinct status updates on important developments and difficulties. OMC’s weekly review meeting seeks to address important issues and fix lingering problems in order to advance the organization’s success and spur the state’s progress.
The MD asked the officials to determine the top priorities in each of OMC’s mining regions and to deal with problems that need to be resolved right away in order to complete assignments on time. In order to improve OMC’s operational efficiency, he also underlined the necessity of a methodical and solution-focused approach.
