ORMAS, Zilla Parishad, Dhenkanal have organised ” Gaon Amba Pasara” near Dhenkanal main stadium which was started from May 25 and will continue till May 30. Five stalls have been setup there for the sell of varieties of mangoes and it’s value added products. The stalls will open from morning 8 Am to night 9 PM.

One producer group and two Farmers Producer organisation (FPO) from the district have participated in this Goan Amba Pasara. Different varieties of Mangoes like Amrapali, Mallika along with mango value added products like mango achar, mango panna, mango juice and mango lassi are sold by them.
said, ” I bought half kg of Mallika and 1 Kg of Amrapali mango today, the quality of the mangoes seems to be quite good. Before purchasing I had tasted the mangoes and the taste was really good.”
