Interview Times had a discussion with him while he was working on some files in his office, below are the answers he responded to the questionnaire of Interview Times:-Q1- What motivated you to start your own enterprise?

Answer: Entrepreneurs are not inspired by what you might think when starting your own business.

1. Reason most people want to be their own boss is the freedom, satisfaction and flexibility it provides them.

2. Entrepreneurs need to adopt new technology and use it to their advantage to propel their startups every new business needs quality employees, but attracting the right talent for a startup can be challenging.

3. Having a step-by-step plan can ensure a smooth on boarding process.

4. When it comes to the entrepreneurial endeavors of business owners, nothing beats the freedom to be the boss.

5. With freedom comes the flexibility to create your own schedule and not have to answer to anyone.

6. It also means getting the satisfaction of making your own decisions.

7. Starting your own business can be risky, but with that risk comes reward.

8. It can be tempting for new entrepreneurs to build something bigger from scratch, at least something bigger than they can do as a salaried employee.

Q2- Why did you choose healthcare services?

Answer: First of all, I’m passionate about what helps people live longer and happier because it’s impossible to be happy if you’re in poor health. I like to follow health professionals because they are often highly skilled and educated. Secondly, it is an incredibly broad field with a variety of different subjects to study.

In particular, I am fond of the healthcare domain as it speaks of innovations and exciting possibilities for the treatment and prevention of existing serious diseases. Since healthcare has always been in high demand, there is a great opportunity to expand knowledge and experience. I am sure that regardless of specific role in the industry, everything I do will play some part in helping people. As an entrepreneur in healthcare gives me the opportunity to nurture my desire to help others and, at the same time, earn a living.Q3- What do you like to do in your free time?

Answer: Usually, I spend all my free time with the goodness of nature as I like to be with nature all the time. It gives me the true joy of living. I always like to go to the mountain full of trees and from where I can see the whole creation very peacefully. In my spare time I used to watch YouTube videos to increase my knowledge and to increase my understanding for the things that are happening in India or the world right now. I will also add that in my spare time I read newspaper articles. They are very useful and informative. I assure you that if you read the article for a few days you will get addicted to it and that is a good thing. I spend my free time mostly at home I watch motivational videos, read good book which can make me more knowledgeable.

Q4- What is the definition of success for you?

Answer: One of the most important steps to achieve success in life is to know the meaning of success for your personal life. The true meaning of success goes far beyond the usual definitions of success, such as having a lot of money, being rich, having lots of tangible and earned degrees. Quite the opposite: true success in life cannot be measured by the above factors, but by the number of people who are able to live a better and more advanced life because of the things you create. That is the meaning of success. Not the trophies that people are accumulating in their lives. Media and Society We often conclude that living a successful life means being extraordinarily wealthy and having many tangible things. But success means living a happy life and making this world a better place for all.Q5- What are the difficulties to faced during setting-up your enterprise and how did you overcome them?

Answer: There are some challenges that I see as contradictions. The first is the fact that it takes some sort of investment to do this to acquire new customers, and you can look at it like advertising. To get a client, you need to spend money on ads, but when you’re first starting out, and really running, you’ll be able to earn money for your salary, or basically for a living. Depend on the business. So, on the one hand, the business needs to spend money on acquiring new customers, and on the other, you have to take money out of the business. No one knows about you when you’re first starting out, so it’s basically the time where if you don’t have any kind of capital injection or venture capital, you’ll have less money. There is less recurring revenue than you will ever have.

And so, on one hand, you need to spend money in business to get new business, and on the other hand, you have to depend on business for your living. If you decide not to go the advertising route to save money when you first start out, it’s all about your time and your effort to get those customers. And again, it’s another paradox, so you have to put in time and effort to get them, hence your hard work, but when you get a customer you have to work to retain them. So, when you’re trying to keep them happy and working to get paid, you also need to think about the time and effort put into acquiring customers. That’s why I think it’s especially challenging when you first open your own business, because you have a push-pull thing going on.

Q6 – What message do you want to give to people who want to become like you?

Answer: 1) Challenge yourself. 2) Do the work you care about. 3) Take risks. 4) Have faith in yourself. 5) Keep an eye. 6) Look for good people. 7) Face your fears. 8) Take action. 9) Make time. 10) Manage energy, not time. 11) Build a good team. 12) Character fare. 13) Plan to raise capital. 14) Know your goals. 15) Learn from mistakes. 16) Know your customer. 17) Learn from complaints. 18) Ask for customers’ input. 19) Spend wisely. 20) Understand your industry. 21) Deliver more than expected. Q7- What are your future plans?

Answer: As a reputed company in Odisha, my future plan is to provide best quality of healthcare services at doorstep with affordable price in Odisha. In near future we expand our business all over India.

Q8- How did you source the idea of providing door-step health care facilities people?

Answer: Before healthcare services we are in the field of construction of roads, buildings, canals, agricultural farming and manufacture of electrical transformers. We are successful in that area. After that I thought about the healthcare of my people of Odisha. Health is Wealth. Health is the greatest asset of everyone’s daily life. Then I started healthcare company. I will provide A to Z healthcare services at your doorstep. In simple way you can say hospital at Your Doorstep.
