Prabhas Garu or better known as Darling Prabhas has been a heartthrob for South Indian movie fams ever since his debut film. However, after starring in the biggest hit of Indian cinema Bahubaali and Bahubaali 2, Prabhas’s fan following not only emerged in India but he became a known face in Global cinema.

However, this success might have led to the pressure of being called a Global star which did result in the making a below-average movie post-Bahubali, i.e. Sahoo. Even if the scale of the movie was high with a humungous budget in every shot, it lacked the basic nuances of a good script, direction and thrill and the Hindi dubbing of Prabhas was awkward, to say the least.

It was nearly 2 and half years since the release of Sahoo that a Prabhas starer was released at the Box Office today. Radhe Shyaam piqued the interest of the audience since its trailer and teaser were another mega-scale movies of Prabhas. However, this time it had no action but a thrill of suspense and an air of romance.

However, to an utter disappointment, Radhe Shyaam turns out to be yet another extravagant project which pf Prabhas which does not have any soul. Yes, from the technical point of view the movie is a masterpiece with crores of rupees spend on every shot. The music of the movie also seemed soothing and great to the ears. But what was lacking is direction. The movie marketed it to be a romantic one, but there was no sign of chemistry between Prabhas and Pooja Hedge. The direction was tiresome and a 2-hour 24-minute movie seemed to be a stretch at a point in time. Again Prabhas Hindi dubbing was below average with no emotions.

Overall Radhe Shyaam is yet another disappointment from Prabhas. He should rather stick to the core of a movie, i.e script and direction, rather than the humungous project. Yes, of course, he should think twice now before dubbing his voice in Hindi.
