While the weather was chilly in Odisha, the few days back, the mercury level has risen a bit. Even though, temperatures are still cooler, its not as chilly as it was a week back. However, as per the IMD reports, Odisha is going to experience a good amount of rainfall this week.
The rainfall is due to the Western Disturbance towards eastern India and moisture incursion from the Bay of Bengal, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) and the regional meteorological centre here said in a special bulletin issued at 1.30 pm on Sunday.
While in few isolated places in Odisha rainfall might start from today, other districts will start receiving mild to moderate rainfall from 11th Of January till 14th Of January.
