RCM Gears Up for Brahmastra 2025 – A Mega B-Fest Uniting Education and Innovation

Bhubaneswar: The Regional College of Management (RCM), Bhubaneswar, is all set to host its flagship annual fest, Brahmastra 2025, a mega celebration of talent, innovation, and collaboration within the education fraternity. Scheduled to take place from April 25 to April 29 across multiple venues, this five-day extravaganza aims to bring together students, educators, and institutions from across the nation under one roof.

Brahmastra has carved a niche for itself over the years, and the 2025 edition promises to be the most ambitious yet, featuring 37 events across various verticals. These include Management and IT competitions, sports, cultural showcases, food fiestas, and a special initiative called Drona – a unique platform for faculty engagement and competition. The event is entirely organized by students, under the guidance of RCM’s distinguished faculty, offering participants real-life exposure to leadership, teamwork, planning, and strategic execution.

The fest stands by the philosophy that “Learning happens through Doing,” encouraging students to immerse themselves in practical experiences that mirror real-world corporate and technical challenges. With an emphasis on hands-on learning, Brahmastra seeks to prepare future professionals for the rapidly evolving global business and technology landscape.

RCM Director Dr. Pritam Pal highlighted the festival’s larger vision, stating, “Changing times need changing perspectives and a 360-degree paradigm shift in what and how we educate our future generations; an impossible task for any single institution. I request and invite all our students and peer institutions—let’s all join hands to look beyond tomorrow.”

Renowned as a pioneer in management education in Odisha, RCM has consistently focused on technology-driven pedagogy and market-aligned curriculum design. Brahmastra 2025 is yet another step in its journey to create an ecosystem of experiential learning and to forge a collective path toward a future-ready education system.

The college has extended invitations to educational institutions, students, and faculty members from across India to participate in the festival and contribute to shaping a new generation of capable, creative, and committed leaders.
