Rohit Shetty is known for making a cop universe with successful franchises of Singham starring Ajay Devgn, Simmba starring Ranveer Singh and Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar. However, as per the reports Rohit Shetty has found its fourth cop. However, this franchise is going to be a bit different.
As per the latest reports, Rohit Shetty has signed in Sidharnt Malhotra for a cop web series. The shooting will start from tomorrow. As per a source close to Rohit Shetty, “After the release of Sooryavanshi [2021], Rohit and his team have been working relentlessly on the script. Considering the OTT universe is filled with cop dramas, he wanted his signature style to reflect in the cop caper. As the showrunner, he wants to present the series in a way that appeals to a global audience”.
Rohit Shetty is also busy shooting for his next movie Circus which stars Ranveer Singh in lead. After that there are reports of Singham 3, Golmaal 5, Simmba 2 and Sooryanshi 2 in cards as well. Seems, Rohit Shetty is the busiest director in BTown these days.
