All of us who live in this beautiful world aspire to be successful. It makes no difference whether the individual in question is a toddler, a teenager, or an elderly person; we have an intrinsic drive to be successful and progress steadily toward greater achievement at every point of our long lives.
The competitive attitude can be observed in various settings, including schools, colleges, coaching, and work settings such as corporations, workplaces, and so on. In comparison to our efforts to achieve success, we frequently expect more and desire success to come knocking at our door very soon.

Today we are in a conversation with Mr Jitendra Kumar Sahoo, born and brought up at Banamalipur(Hatapada), Khandapada,Dist.-Nayagarh. Mr Sahoo is a mechanical engineer by profession and tries to give job opportunities to all the newcomers.
There was at one point in time no production company when there was a demand for UPVC and PVC windows and doors in our state. All of the necessities were brought in from other states.
Jitendra Kumar Sahoo, a mechanical engineer, was working as an engineer at a UPVC firm in Chennai at the time, where individuals from Odisha went to express their dissatisfaction with the harassment they were receiving. He created a blueprint to make this facility available to the citizens of his state. He first learned how to create all of these things with his efforts. A tiny unit called Smart Windoor System was established in Bhubaneswar in 2014, and local children were taught. Today, he exports his goods to Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, and Calcutta.

His intelligent Windows system is now a household name. It began by offering only UPVC windows and doors, but it has now expanded to include UPVC, PVC, and steel products. UPVC offers a two-year free servicing period and a 20-year material warranty. Over 350 duplexes, 1,200 flats, and 950 individual residences have been sold to the general public in Bhubaneswar. He is now a successful young entrepreneur who serves as a role model for everyone.
Almost all of the world’s most famous people have had severe setbacks in their lives. Nonetheless, they persisted in accomplishing, eventually achieving great success in their respective industries. They were never hindered in their pursuit of success by caste, faith, religion, or colour. Mr Sahoo’s vision is to make things very economic and send the availability to the rural areas can also consume the need for eco-friendly PVCs.
At last, he addressed that he felt satisfied by getting recognized for the business leadership award.
