Already it’s October last week and the winter is almost knocking the doors here in Dhenkanal, like every year the temporary ‘Tibetan Market’ which sells winter wears have already set-up their temporary shops near the Dhenkanal Stadium players pavilion, almost all kind of winter garments are available here from Jackets, muffler, monkey caps, shawls, sweaters to name a few. 
This temporary market is being set-up by a few people belonging to Tibetan Community who have come from Gajapati district, since last few years they are coming here during the winter season and setting-up this temporary market which sells variety of winter garments. The price range starts from as low as Rs 30, they have also come up with the digital payment option. Everyday their shop opens around 7.00 am in the morning and closes at 10.00 am in the night.
Tashi Dolma, a shop onwer at the Tibetan market said, ” we are coming here from Gajapati district since last four years for selling winter items, we bring good quality winter garments here, I am hopeful tat this year we will have good business here.”
In this market many varieties of winter garments are available which is drawing the attention of the people here, many people are seen buying different items from the market.
Abhilash Sahoo, a buyer said, ” In this market many varieties of winter garments are available, also the material is good, the price is also feasible, I haven’t buyed anything yet, I am looking for a jacket for myself to buy.”
