As per the All India Tiger Estimation (AITE), 2022 report, minimum 17 tigers were camera-trapped in Odisha, which was largely confined to Similipal Tiger Reserve.
In 2022 Estimation A Tiger Estimation Conducted By Odisha’s Forest And Environment Department Monitoring 30 Royal Bengal Tigers and Eight Cubs of less than one year, AITE(All India Tiger Estimation) Founds the presence of 20 Tigers Only.
All India Tiger Estimation Report Says-Where there were 20 Tigers, But The camera Have captured 17 Tigers Only. And when The All-Odisha Tiger Estimation Report (2023-24) Revealed that there have total 27 (14-Female and 13-Males) Unique Number of Tigers are comprising were monitored. But the camera Couldn’t captured 3 Adult Tigers which were also seen the Simplipal Tiger Reserve.
