In light of the tragic incident involving Laxmi Narayan Tripathy, an employee of TPSODL, the DISCOM has extended deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
“Acknowledging the profound impact of this event, TPSODL is firmly committed to standing by Mr Tripathy’s family during this challenging period,” the company noted.
“As a gesture of deep concern and in recognition of his invaluable contributions, we have instructed to the agency to pay compensation of 16 lacs for his family. Additionally, it was also instructed to ensure the employment of the legal heir of the deceased with the associate agency.”
The compensation is intended to help his family deal with any potential financial and emotional hardships brought on by this catastrophe. We really hope that this action brings them some solace and relief as they go through this trying time.
