In another hysteric case, a 90-year-old woman was raped and attacked multiple times in Delhi’s Chhawla, Nazafgarh on Monday.
As per the lady, she was waiting for her milkman at around 5 pm at evening when the culprit came and told her that her ordinary milk conveyance man wasn’t accessible and that he will take her to the position where she could get milk.
The lady continued crying and arguing that she was of his grandma’s age however it didn’t stop the denounced. He attacked her mercilessly when she attempted to oppose and secure herself and assaulted her on numerous times.
As the lady shouted for help, neighborhood residents passing by heard her anguished cries and reach to support her. They caught the rapist and called the police.
The lady was bleeding and was in deeply distressing or disturbing state. Local people called the old lady’s son and from that point police took the survivor for clinical assessment.
Her clinical assessment report has uncovered a few wounds and wounds on her body particularly on her genitals.
Then, the Delhi Police has enrolled a FIR under Sections 376 (Punishment for rape) and 323 (Punishment for deliberately causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code and the charged has been captured.
The charged has been recognized as 33-year-old Sonu who lives in the Rewla Khanpur town.
Knowing about the wrongdoing, a Delhi Commission for Women group has been with the survivor from that point onward.
DCW Chief Swati Maliwal and part Vandana Singh met the survivor at her home in Chhawla today.
DCW Chief Swati Maliwal stated, “From a six-month-old young lady to a 90-year-elderly person, nobody is protected in Delhi.
