The 17th Odisha Assembly’s eighth session, known as the winter session, will start on November 18 and run until December 31.
There will be 33 working days in the 44-day session. The First Supplementary Statement of Expenditure for the year 2026–2027 will be released on November 18 in accordance with the provisional calendar.
On November 25, 26, and 27, the First Supplementary Statement’s grant requests will be discussed.
On November 30, the Appropriations Bill on the First Supplementary Statement of Expenditure for 2026–2027 will be discussed.
